Sign-up Process
Step 1: Initial Sign-up

Step 2: Confirmation
Next, you’ll receive and email confirming your registration in our online client portal. One of our customer care experts will confirm your job and make sure we have everything needed to assign you to one of our routes.
Step 3: Self-Service Portal
We use a secure online client portal intended for the services industry, specifically the pet waste removal niche. You’ll have access to this after onboarding and can update your dog’s info as well as information about your yard that would be helpful to the technician that will be onsite.
Step 4: Billing
Our system will automatically bill you on the 1st of each month. Clients pay for services in advance, meaning payment on Jan 1, will pay for the rest of the month of January.
Waste Removal Process
Step 1: Arrival
Notifications are sent when the technician is on their way to your home. Upon arrival, they will enter your area that needs to be cleaned. Clients do not need to be home, we simply need access to the area and request that unfriendly dogs are kept inside.
Step 2: Scooping the Pooh
Our technicians are trained to walk your yard in specific patterns to ensure we scoop and collect all of the dog waste from your yard or designated cleaning area.
Step 3: Cleanliness
To ensure cleanliness of our tools as well as preventing any spread of germs, we disinfect each tool prior to arrival at the next home.
Step 4: Disposal
We use thick, leak-proof bags that are made and will double-up when necessary. The technician will then place the sealed bag in the client’s trash can for disposal or leave near the gate if garbage cans are not accessible.
