FAQ's & Privacy Policy
FAQ
Do you take the waste with you?
We will bag the waste with one of our extra-thick bags made from recycled materials. The bag will be disposed of in your trash bin. If we do not have access to the bin, we will double-bag the waste and leave it next to the gate.
What are the payment terms?
We collect payment electronically on the first of each month. When you sign up for our service, you are enrolled in auto-payments using the credit card that you initially used. You will have access to the online portal for your account should you need to update payment or client detail information.
If payment is not received prior to your first appointment for that month, then service will cease.
When should I expect you?
When your service is initially setup, you will be assigned a day of the week that your technician will arrive. We are unable to provide an exact time as the schedule does evovle and change as we optimize routes in the area for efficiency. However, you will receive a message when the tech is on the way to your residence, usually 30-60 minutes before arrival.
You do not need to be present when we arrive, we just need access to the area that is to be cleaned.
How do you ensure equipment is clean ?
After every job, we disinfect the equipment that is used to ensure health and safety standards. Safety of your pet is a top priority for our teams!
Do you work year round?
Yes! Although we live in the Pacific NW, we still perform our scooping services in all seasons. There may be some ocassion where snow & ice or other weather elements prevent us from properly cleaning the yard or even arriving to your location. If this is the case, we will collect all the waste at the next scheduled job with no additional cost to you.
Examples of hazardous weather include but are not limited to: Excessive snowfall, thunder & lightning, poor air quality, excessive heat, sub-zero temperatures, freezing rain, severe winds, hailstorms, or other hazardous weather conditions.
Can my dog be in the yard while you are there?
In most cases, this is not an issue. But we do look out for our team’s safety as our number one priority. If there is any hesitation that your beloved Rover does not do well with strangers, we kindly ask that you have your dog inside during the cleaning process. We appreciate it!
Responsibilties as our client?
- Your yard or area must be fully accessible when the tech arrives. This includes access to gate codes.
- Non-friendly dogs must be inside during the cleaning of your yard.
- Your grass & yard should be well kept and mowed during the high grow season in spring and summer. Failure to do this will result in spots missed during our waster removal process.
- If you no longer need our service, we are sorry to see you go. We do require at least 48 hours before the next scheduled visit, otherwise, the fee for that visit will be incurred.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Should you not be satisfied with one of the scheduled visits, we will send out a tech to re-scoop the yard – 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
What are your pricing plans?
This really depends on the size of the yard and the number of dogs within your residence. But it is super easy to get a free quote and see the pricing structure using our online tool. Use the button below to get your instant quote!
Our Policies
No Access & Unfriendly Pets
- Should we arrive and are unable to get access to the yard needing to be cleaned, we will contact you to find a solution.
- Additionally, if our tech is determines that the situation with a pet in the area is unsafe, we will contact you to remove the pet from the area.
- Under both circumstances above, we will call, text & knock on the door to find a resolution. Should the client not answer after several attempts, we will need to move on to the next job.
- On the following visit the next week, we will scoop all of the waste in the yard – no additional charges for double the amount of waste.
Payment & Pricing
Recurring Payments
- Monthly payments are collected on the 1st of each month and are for services rendered for that month forward.
- $10 late fee for any payments that are late.
- Should we not receive payment prior to the first scheduled job, we will remove you from the recurring schedule.
- Payments are based on 12 months in the calendar year. For months that spill over into a 5 week period you will not be charged for the extra service for that week.
One-Time payments
- We will collect payment upon completion for jobs that are one-time only. Should you decide to move forward with our monthly service, you will be billed for the remaining days that month prior to the service being completed.
Pricing
- Initial quotes are typically accurate. However, should the circumstances of the job be drastically different that what was provided during the initial quote, we have the right to modify the pricing as needed.
- Again, clients that pause services for any reason will be required to pay the initial cleaning fee before recurring services may resume.
Cancellations & Pausing Pickups
The beauty of our service is that you are not locked into any contracts.
- You can cancel at any time for any reason. You have access to the client portal to update your subscription at any time or cancel should you need to.
- Should you pause service at any time, you will be charged an initial cleaning fee to get caught up on the waster removal before the recurring service starts again.
- Cancellations that occur after the first of the month will be prorated. In other words, the remaining jobs for the month will be credited to the card on file within the client portal.
